How to Return or Exchange a Product

To return or exchange a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us

    • Email us at info.thezaveris@gmail.com with your order number and product codes within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Provide Unboxing Video

    • Before we arrange for the return of a damaged or incorrect product, please send us a video showing the unboxing of the package. This helps us assess the condition of the item.

  3. Eligibility for Return

    • Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are damaged or defective.
    • Refunds will only be processed after we receive the returned item in original packaging.

Return Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused.
  • The original invoice, tags, and packaging should be intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • The product should be free from scratches, deformities, or any signs of use.
  • Damaged or soiled items will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Refunds may be refused in such cases.
  • Jewellery not in its original condition will not be eligible for return.

Refunds
