How to Return or Exchange a Product
To return or exchange a product, please follow these steps:

Provide Unboxing Video
- Before we arrange for the return of a damaged or incorrect product, please send us a video showing the unboxing of the package. This helps us assess the condition of the item.

- Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are damaged or defective.

Return Criteria
